My name is Michelle Adams and the most important thing to know about me is that I am a mother. I am a mom with kids that have health problems who walked into the grocery store and asked, "what food do I buy to feed my kids?" This came on the heels of "why are my kids sick?" As a lawyer who was a medical litigator for 20 years and a food entrepreneur who understands the role ingredients play in our food I set out on a journey to get information and solve problems. Our problem was our food and when it changed, we changed. This podcast is my journey, but I would like it to be yours as well. It is only when we understand the problem, can we begin to solve it.
