Having worked manual job in his 20s, as he let his self perception limit him. He took to the step in his mid 20 to get a degree and now works as a professional engineer. He set up this podcast, so other people would not have to go down the same route he did.On a 2 weekly basis Matt takes a deep dive with a person who is dyslexic or linked to the dyslexia world. To understand there personal stories,  how they see life, achieve things and struggles they have had to go through. This is to inspire other people and build a better understand of what its like to be a dyslexic person and what its archive in high lever careers.
