Welcome to I Am Not Alone. We’re Jessica Kim and Steven Lee, co-founders of ianacare, serial entrepreneurs, and parents. We are also part of the 54 million American family caregivers caring for someone we love. Through our work together we’ve come to realize that every single one of us will be affected by caregiving in our lifetime, yet our culture doesn’t recognize the integral role family caregivers play in our healthcare system and society. We are here to change that. So, join us on this journey to build a new way to care - one that celebrates the caregiving role, creates new structures of support, and ultimately brings communities together.  Every week we’ll have conversations with caregivers who are juggling work, life, and care, key business leaders looking to create new support systems in the workplace, medical professionals leading change in the healthcare system, and friends, family, colleagues, and supporters who believe in creating a new way in how we care for one another. Together, we can choose community over isolation so that no one has to do this alone.
