Dieren die je tot voor kort legaal als huisdier mocht houden in Nederland. Met alle gevolgen van dien: de dieren ontsnappen, worden gedumpt of zijn in kleine huiskamers simpelweg onhandelbaar.Ranger Rob vangt deze dieren in nood het liefst allemaal zelf op. Maar loopt daarbij tegen de grenzen van de harde mensenwereld aan.
