Trailer to Opening Up Chaplaincy

Stig and Jo lay out their stall for this podcast by explaining something of how they met, their backgrounds and their shared commitment to working in inclusive ways. They want to question some of the assumptions about chaplaincy and offer constructive ideas about enriching and expanding chaplaincy through greater diversity in teams, and a focus on our common humanity. The intention is that these podcasts will be responsive to your views ([email protected]) and expansive through the inclusion of guest speaker perspectives. The discussion will be informal and at times wandering, but as in any journey, the most interesting parts may be the side streets and diversions as well as key landmarks.  Our conversation is as individuals, not as employees or members of any chaplaincy organisation - all views and perspectives are entirely our own.
