Welcome to the Reversing Crohn's and Colitis Naturally podcast! I'm an IBD specialist, medical lecturer and physician's consultant for IBD. I'm also a holistic nutritionist, and I run a Facebook group over over 13,000 people called "IBD Support and Solutions" and I do a live training every single week in that group, on all sorts of IBD related topics, for those who want the tools to reverse their Crohn's and Colitis.There are roughly 8 million people worldwide dealing with inflammatory bowel disease, and my Facebook group is less that 0.2% of that. And because we believe that the world needs access to this information outside of the small 13,000 people in my group, I've taken the audio recordings from those weekly Facebook lives and put them here for you to listen to!We want you to have the tools you need to become an advocate for yourself, and others, to learn how to reverse IBD, and get back to living the normal, pain free life you deserve!Support the show
