The US Census Bureau shows commute times are longer for low-income workers and people of color, particularly those using public transportation.  These differences are linked to historical and ongoing inequities in housing and economic opportunities.  Yet employers are not required to compensate for travel time…. Proper Compensation being a key target for the our campaign we wanted to highlight this disparity between employer and employee.  There is a definite correlation to your jib title and your experience commuting to work either by car or train or bus for that matter.  CEOs and Upper management: Access to company CC Company cars More disposable cash and salary packages with commuting compensation included                   This short depicts the real travel route of a HS worker from Rye NY into Queens. It's an anthem to the average everyday commuter. WE SALUTE YOU!
