We can all train our bodies. We can go to the gym, ride bikes, hike, work out, and improve our strength and endurance; however, the mind is entirely different and is trainable. It can be difficult in a world full of distractions. We are distracted by politics, money, past wounds, ruminating, anger, and so much more. Training the mind does not require an investment in expensive courses. It means letting go of your suffering and living a little better.
