Transcendence as Continuous Becoming Rather Than Arrival

This concluding exploration reframes transcendence not as a destination but as a perpetual process of growth, learning, and transformation. We examine how the most effective transcendent leaders view their leadership journey as fundamentally incomplete, maintaining curiosity and humility about what they have yet to learn.
