O Encontro de Gestores é um evento destinado ao público da pecuária e agricultura que reuniu, em dois dias, produtores, professores, pesquisadores, estudantes e representantes de empresas agropecuárias do Brasil e da América Latina.Seu roteiro incluiu apresentação de métricas e resultados da safra, casos de sucesso e estudo de casos.Com um formato inovador, reuniu palestras dinâmicas, novas tecnologias, conhecimento, relacionamento e confraternização.Em 2022 o evento foi realizado no maior Centro de Eventos do Centro-Oeste, o Bosque Expo, na cidade de Campo Grande – Mato Grosso do Sul, nos dias 7 e 8 de junho.Participaram deste evento clientes da Terra e convidados de toda a América do Sul.
