Transformation

Like a butterfly, we all transform. We all have times of metamorphosis and change. Are you working against that? Are you embracing the changes? Can you look back and see how you have grown? Today, as I welcome you into Circle, we will consider the process of transformation. We will make space for our mind, body, and essence to connect and communicate. And we will honor the opportunity that time holds for us to learn who we are, to transform who we are, and to be who we are. Let's begin. I'm exploring: Transformation in each stage of life: should we embrace it? Should we expect to face certain challenges only once? How we can connect to the life cycle of a butterfly and the lessons this being offers us if we pay attention Spiritual, physical, emotional, and mental metamorphosis Extending the time frame of balance, expanding its meaning so we are not limited A transformational meditation meant to hold space for you to find your balance, to sink deeper into your body, and find ways to nurture our bodies Connect with me: Website: www.thepathofix.com Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/thepathofix/ FB: https://www.facebook.com/thepathofix Courses and Monthly Circles: https://thepathofix.thinkific.com/ Learn more about Cuatro Manos y Cinco Volcanes Farms & our cacao here: https://www.cuatromanosycincovolcanesfarms.com/4manos
