Transformation is difficult. It requires hardwork, dedication, sacrifice and commitment...but if your why is strong enough, you will figure out the how!
from Live Train Perform · host Shaun Kober
Jamie is an Entrepreneur, Performance Coach, Online Business Strategist, and a Podcaster. He is a friend, a colleague, and an awesome guy with great conversational and communication skills. We were due for a catch-up, so I reached out to him to record an episode. The plan was to record a couple of different conversations over the course of an hour, to drop them as separate episodes. Well, we recorded for over 3 hours. This is the second of those conversations, where we discuss his most recent transformation. What started out as a commitment to himself to drop a little weight, tighten up his nutrition, and improve his daily energy levels and vitality led him down a path of discovery that was both shocking and challenging.Jamie employed the help of a number of professionals in the health and fitness industry to guide him on this journey, learning along the way that consistent bouts of antibiotics used to treat a skin condition, had caused massive problems with his gut health and immune system, ultimately leading to testing protocols which pointed to potentially cancerous cells. This conversation covers a lot of ground and provides a lot of thought-provoking dialogue and actionable takeaways for the audience. Grab a notepad and pen, strap in, and enjoy the broad topic of the transformation process, as well as the associated emotions and actions that have led to Jamie taking back control of his health. In the follow-up episode, we will be diving a little deeper into the discipline required to stay on track, as well as providing real-life examples of what an elimination diet is, and how to conduct it for your own individual needs.Your host - Shaun KoberInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/coach_kobes/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/performancef...
