Transformation, Triumph, and Reclaiming Yourself After Trauma

from Women Waken: Spiritual Healing for Trauma in Relationships to Shift from Codependency to Divine Feminine · host Whitney Walker

Significant trauma often leads to suffering in silence; feeling alone in grief, shame, hurt, and sadness. Yet with so many of us living with a history of trauma, a new perspective is needed. That's where Stephanie Hutchins comes in. Stephanie has made it her life's work to help people shift painful beliefs around trauma into a sense of empowerment and pride from the courage shown by persevering and triumphing over trauma. On this episode, I have a beautifully inspiring conversation with Stephanie about what it means to grow and thrive after trauma. She shares incredible guidance and resources to navigate that path from trauma to triumph. We discuss how to begin looking at trauma not as a place of disadvantage, rather as a place of power and strength and to have pride over what we have been able to perceiver through.
