Transformation, Week 2: Transformed Family

Title of message:  Transformed Families   VIDEO   (Romans 12:2) Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.   (Proverbs 24:3) By wisdom a house is built, and through understanding it is established How can I have a Godly family? 1.    Make Jesus the center of my home?   (2 Corinthians 5:14) (Message) Christ's love has moved me to such extremes. His love has the first and last word in everything we do.   2.    Make my home a place of protection?   (Proverbs 14:26) (GW) In the fear of the Lord there is strong confidence, and his children will have a place of refuge.   We will trust each other.  Our home will always be a place of physical and emotional safety.   Unhealthy homes ignore pain; healthy homes bring it to the center where Jesus is.   3.    Change the climate of my home?    (Psalm 126:2) Our mouths were filled with laughter, our tongues with songs of joy. Then it was said among the nations, “The Lord has done great things for them.”   (John 13:34-35) (MSG) "Let me give you a new command: Love one another. In the same way I loved you, you love one another.
