Transformers are still required to sign up for the military draft

Males who identify as females are still required to register with the federal government’s Selective Service System (SSS), according to its website.  According to the military conscription system, those “born male and changed their gender to female” – i.e. male-to-female (MTF) transgenders – are still required to register.
