The event took place on December 14, 2006 at 55 Lexington Avenue, room 3-150, moderated by James Krauskopf, distinguished Lecturer, and Director of Nonprofit Group at SPA. David Birdsell, Dean, School of Public Affairs, makes the opening remarks.
