Transition to L38 from L37. Leaving my role as VP

I had to make a very difficult decision a couple of weeks ago. I applied for a position with L38 and I was successful. Which means I will be unable to sit on the L37 Executive.  Thank you everyone who listened to this. I will still do this but obviously there will be a slight change in how I report L37 issues. I won't be on the Executive so I will be reporting a bit differently.
