Transitioning (back) to school

Working with transitions, our kids and us.We often ADULT things .. meaning we wash over things.. even when we too feel tension in different movement through one door to another or phase in life..Kids feel smaller transitions.. bigger than we might as adults.. How do you help them move through these sometimes tricky, tense and pressurized times?
