Transitioning out of the Classroom

Episode #2: This episode discusses educators who are in the process of transitioning out of the classroom into a leadership role (i.e. instructional coach, curriculum coordinator, building administrator, etc.). When stepping into these roles, teachers are thrust into a realm of expectations that often go unseen.
