Transitioning to Adulthood as an Individual with Special Needs: Legal Concerns

When a minor child with special needs transitions to being a legal adult (age 18), there are several things that need to be kept in mind from a legal standpoint and done correctly so that individual does not lose out on any potential benefits that he/she may be otherwise entitled. In this video, a recording of a presentation done for a private group in March 2022, Attorney Landon Hodges discusses those legal concerns for families that have individuals with special needs.
