The importance of those who encourage in the church is often understated. However, whether it's mentoring new leaders or encouraging those exploring the Christian faith, these 'encouragers' are vital to the growth of the church. And as we see in Acts, without the support and encouragement of Barnabas, the early church would not have flourished in the way it did.
