Finding our purpose as an organisation can be a difficult path to navigate.  Not because we don't have one, but because as an organisation we may find it difficult to articulate or communicate in a way that engages our employees. However, when we know our purpose, we can begin to enable a clear line of sight for our people on what it means for us to be living our purpose as an organisation.
