When you stay with what you feel, something begins to rise underneath the thoughts that become the narrative.In this transmission, we let the thoughts speak.Not to believe them.Not to become them, but to be a witness to them.  And then… we return to the body,creating space between ourselves and the thoughts that once felt like us.---As you listen, I invite you to notice what is alive within you.Here we tend to the soil of your soul so the seeds you plant can take root.
