In this transmission, we begin to notice what gets stirred in us through others.A reaction.A feeling.A pull to move away or make meaning.Instead of following the reaction, we practice staying.Not for perfection.   Not to try to figure out the other person, but to learn what is arising within us so we can stay in relationship with ourselves and with others. The activation is an invitation. To notice.To feel.To stay and choose differently. May you find grace for yourself....in the practice. ---As you listen, I invite you to notice what is alive within you.Here we tend to the soil of your soul so the seeds you plant can take root.
