Transparency Monday

This Monday I took a different approach instead of Empowerment Monday's I decided to be transparent about the rediscovery me and the darkness that I am walking in right now. The healing journey is not all about love and light. Positive Vibes and Positive Energy! Its about reprogramming your mind and really figuring the true essence of you. Its hard letting go all of your fears because thats all you ever known is fear!
