On this episode of the Psychology Talk Podcast, Scott and Kyle are joined by Dr. Regina Hess, Ph.D. Dr. Hess is a nurse, clinical psychologist, and a Gestalt and Transpersonal psychotherapist, researcher, educator, and supervisor. She holds degrees in transpersonal and transcultural psychology. She serves on the board of several European professional Societies. Including the European Transpersonal Association (EUROTAS), and the Mind: European Foundation for Psychedelic Science. Dr. Hess discusses her career trajectory and the pivotal moment when she survived the 2004 Tsunami. This experience and the near-death experience that attended it were instrumental in her becoming a transpersonal psychologist.
