Trash Man, Cop to Rich Dude, In That Order

In this special episode of the Maxxed Out Podcast, Todd Pultz sits down with his mentor, John Pawelski (P-A-W-E-L-S-K-I), to uncover his incredible journey from humble beginnings to entrepreneurial success. John’s story is one of perseverance and grit: from growing up in Mexico with limited resources, to working on a golf course, collecting trash, and serving as a police officer, to becoming a self-made millionaire through entrepreneurship. John is the founder of Moonlight Security and a leader in addiction treatment services with Full Circle Recovery Services, among several other multi-million-dollar businesses. Todd and John dive deep into the mindset, lessons, and strategies it took for John to transform his life. If you’re looking for motivation, entrepreneurial wisdom, and actionable insights, this episode is for YOU. Timestamps:**00:05:22 - Introduction** - **00:05:28 - Welcome Message** - **00:05:36 - Discussion of Goals** - **00:06:06 - The Reality of Social Media** - **00:06:49 - John’s Influence** - **00:09:51 - Lessons from Mentorship** - **00:11:34 - Traditional Upbringing** - **00:12:18 - Overcoming Societal Expectations** - **00:12:34 - Fun Discussion on Eating Habits** - **00:13:51 - Family Background** - **00:18:05 - Creative Ventures with Kim** - **00:19:27 - Balancing Work and Family Life** - **00:20:40 - Understanding Work-Life Balance** **00:23:14 - Understanding Family Dynamics** **00:23:40 - John's Early Jobs** - **00:25:08 - Transition to Police Work** **00:30:27 - Success as a Police Officer** - **00:31:10 - The Decision to Transition to Entrepreneurship** - **00:36:42 - Win-Win Philosophy** - **00:37:23 - Problem-Solving Mindset** - **00:38:05 - Balancing Multiple Ventures** - **00:39:29 - Recognizing the Need for Change** - **00:40:45 - Health Challenges and Career Decisions** - **00:41:20 - Growth of Moonlight Security** - **00:41:56 - Breaking Through Business Ceilings** - **00:42:08 - Entering the Addiction Services Field** - **00:43:00 - Addressing the Opioid Crisis** - **00:44:06 - The Role of Business Acumen** - **00:46:46 - Building a Successful Recovery Model** - **00:47:41 - Success Rates of Full Circle Recovery** - **00:48:30 - Ethical Practices in Addiction Services** - **00:49:35 - Commitment to Client Needs** - **00:50:29 - Diversifying Services** - **00:51:02 - Growth and Impact of Full Circle Recovery** - **00:52:41 - The Overcomers Program** - **00:54:18 - The Importance of Control in Business** - **00:55:09 - Mentorship and Support** - **01:00:34 - Finding Success in Unexpected Places** - **01:01:01 - The Role of a Visionary** - **01:07:20 - Growing Out of Old Environments** - **01:08:34 - The American Dream** - **01:09:04 - Closing Remarks**Watch, Comment, & Subscribe: 👉 Don’t forget to hit the LIKE button if you enjoyed this episode, and SUBSCRIBE for more content on business, entrepreneurship, and wealth-building!  Connect with John Pawelski :https://www.moonlightsecurityinc.com/https://www.ohiofullcircle.com/ Follow me for more podcast updates:https://www.instagram.com/toddpultzofficial/https://www.facebook.com/toddpultz/https://www.youtube.com/toddpultzofficial/https://www.tiktok.com/toddpultzofficail/ Spotify & Apple Podcasts: Maxxed Out with Todd Pultz #MaxxedOutPodcast #ToddPultz #Entrepreneurship #WealthBuilding #BusinessTalk #Motivation #SuccessMindset #MillionaireJourney #FromW2ToCEO #PodcastLife
