The defendant admits he agreed to sell the trailer, but he says he backed out after one of the plaintiffs threatened him with death and he had to call police. He’s countersuing for harassment. Then, The plaintiff grew up in the projects of Chicago. She wanted better for her children, including her daughter, the defendant. She is suing her daughter because she allegedly failed to pay for a car that was in her name. The defendant ran the streets when she was younger but turned her life around after her first child was born. The defendant feels as though her mother should be more understanding of her situation.
