"Trauma and the Path to Healing" Interview with Laura Craddock, Integrative Health Practitioner

I had the pleasure of having Laura Craddock on the show today. After a profound experience in 2010, Laura began opening up to more awareness of her connection to spirit. In 2014, she was given a mis-diagnosis of lupus that created a series of events allowing her to make major shifts in her life, tap deeper into her own inherent wisdom and heal. She has personal experience in overcoming trauma, mental illness, addiction and autoimmune issues. As an intuitive, she is able to quickly sense the energy of others and the environment, providing powerful insights to help determine the root cause of issues and how to support you. Laura uses her training and experience to combine psychology, nutrition, spirituality and somatic work to provide a total mind, body, spirit approach.
