As we go through our life many at times we come through as we go through our life many at times we come through so much trauma that it rewires our nervous system and other parts of our bodies. As I too have gone through much of the healing process with my nervous system as I can understand how to intuitively guide you through this process. We all have these moments where either sound feelings conversations words moments in life even driving over a bridge can cause some trauma to reappear without even knowing it or what was causing it.
