On today’s episode, I am joined by Gennifer Robbins. Gennifer is a trauma-informed life coach who supports, encourages and walks alongside those on their healing journey. She is the mother of 4 amazing sons, one of which has suffered from mental health disorders and a substance abuse disorder. This has led to a deep connection with the mental health and recovery community and has allowed her a new found purpose in supporting families dealing with loved ones who have substance abuse disorders.
