Trauma Dumping is real and not spoken about more often. Here On Juyafterdark I'm going to explain to you how dumping your trauma on your friends or loved ones may not always be the best idea. Its natural to think "hey this person loves me and cares for me why wouldn't they want to hear what im going thru. WRONG !!!!! if you care and loved that person in return , then you should stop and think , are they mentally available to take on my shit today? doesn't hurt to ask, but it hurts to assume.
