Our guest is award winning journalist Ruksana Hussain. Originally from India but raised in Oman, Ruksana shares her perspective on travel in America and what she's learned along the way. She previously lived in Atlanta and now resides in Los Angeles. She is the founder of the online magazine Traveler and Tourist where she pens wonderful stories on her travels and cultural experiences. We discuss everything from road trips and small southern towns to Alaska snowmobiling and viewing the northern lights, to attending Mardi Gras.
