As someone who travels very frequently for work, I have a process that you can follow to help you stick with your training while traveling. In this episode, I share that process that will help you to make sure you get in your training on the move, how to deal with unexpected travel schedule changes, and ways where you can make it easier for your body and mind to follow through on training, despite facing all the challenges that travel poses.
