Travis Dillard - Real estate investing, economy, red and blue

My guest today is Travis Dillard. He is the co-founder of Cadia Capital Group, a real estate investment company and we talk  A LOT about real estate on this podcast.  Previously he was CEO of a communications company that he sold to private equity. Travis and I talk a lot about real estate investing; he is an expert in this space. He runs a real estate investment company and brings insights into how to think about investing, we talk about: - Rent caps. - Land lord rights. - the Great Migration. - Real estate investment opportunity is fluid and a function of time and geography- And although we try not to tie everything to politics,  it was interesting to learn how impactful government policy is on decision making; he even talks about red and blue states and how that drives investment allocations and decisions. Elephants in the room that the Biden Administration won't touch. Tesla...can't have a Pod without mentioning them.
