TRC36 - COVID-19 - An Opportunity to Master Failure, the Only Stepping Stone to Success

We're living in a time when we teach our young people that there is no failure. There are no losing teams in Little League. There are no children being held back a year in school for failing. There are no military people being held back for not making the grade in Boot Camp in basic training. How can these people possibly be prepared for the real world? As parents and leaders in our communities, we need to be responsible for producing the leaders of tomorrow. Great leaders are masterful at handling failure. Failure is the only steppingstone to success.
