TRDC Show Episode 1 - How Not To F**k Up This Year.

Ok here it is, this is the first episode of The Race Driver Coach Show. In it I talk about what to expect from this and then we get into the nitty gritty of who you were last year. I want this to hit home the fact that if you want different results this year, then we have to take a quick look and ask who you were last year. How you were approaching things, working, being and the areas that are bringing you down. We need to shine the light on the things that you have been doing that have created this current situation that you find yourself in (that's if you are in a situation that you want to improve). This is just one step to help us turn things around but it can be a good one for most of us. Thank you
