Treasured Truths: Baptism

Hosts Adam and Andrea Garber explain why baptism is the first act of obedience for new believers: it follows salvation, publicly proclaims faith, and pictures Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection through immersion. They cover biblical examples and timing, explain that baptism is for believers only, emphasize the importance of doing it publicly through the local church, and urge new Christians not to delay obedience for the sake of testimony and fellowship with the Lord.
