Millis, a professor at the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in Knoxville, is a board-certified small animal surgeon and a founding charter diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Sports Medicine and Physical Rehabilitation. He has been in the field of canine physical therapy for more than thirty years. Sandra Harbison sat down with the doctor whose work has been instrumental in improving the practice of orthopedic treatment and rehabilitation of dogs.
