Treaty the Constitution and Refugees

In conversation with Lydia Thorpe about the Garma Festival, treaty and the unfinished business with Aboriginal people. We spoke to Lydia about the lack of consultation in regards to Aboriginal people forming treaties and the possible inclusion in the Constitution.
