I had the privilege of sitting down with Zesipho Mncwango who is known as the OfficialPerfumePlug, to talk all things business, perfume and winning the Glamour Women of the year 2023 Next Gen Game changer. Zesipho is a brand manager, content creator and entrepreneur. Her love for perfume has turned into a thriving business whilst opening her up to many more opportunities. Through this journey, Zesipho identified the fine-fragrance category as the final sphere of the beauty industry requiring more education, representation and inclusivity in South Africa.
