Enjoyed catching up with former teammate Trevor Benjamin @trevbenj today. He has played for various clubs such as Leicester City, Crystal Palace and Norwich. He has also represented England at U21 level and the full Jamaica national team. I enjoyed listening to how he made the transition from sport to another career, and the steps that he took to achieve that. He is now running not one but two successful companies, one that deals with cleaning and maintenance and the other being a football academy for kids. Again there is no right or wrong way when it comes to transitioning from sport. Trevor decided to start a cleaning company whilst still playing football.
