Hour 3: Supervisor Persons-MulickaSupervisor Jenna Persons-Mulicka was first elected to serve the constituents of House District 78 in 2020. A sixth-generation Lee County native, her deep love for Southwest Florida and commitment to public service are rooted in a family legacy of leadership in the region.After graduating from Fort Myers High School, she earned an athletic scholarship to Evangel University and later received her law degree from George Washington University Law School. She returned home to build her career and is a founding partner at Strayhorn & Persons-Mulicka, a prominent Southwest Florida law firm where she continues to work. Supervisor Persons-Mulicka has served on the Lee County Bar Association Executive Committee and co-chairs the Association’s History Committee, and has served on the Florida Commission on the Status of Women. She has been recognized as a Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star and featured in Gulfshore Life as one of Southwest Florida’s young professional impact players. Supervisor Persons-Mulicka was also named to the 40 under 40 lists by both Gulfshore Business and the Business Observer.During her time in the Legislature, Supervisor Persons-Mulicka chaired the House PreK-12 Budget Subcommittee and the House Local Administration, Special Districts and Federal Affairs Subcommittee.
