He created a shipping warehouse and hired 25 people then built a call center to handle customer service. The business suffered as a result. "I'm really good at making good offers. Interact and act as a speedboat vs an aircraft carrier. Use meetings to make a decision on goals and future pace and decide what needs to be changed to succeed.
