Coach McCain and I discussed his journey and running through a young age to middle school to high school Running collegiately at Mars Hill and then getting into coaching first with the homeschool team called pack, then individual coaching, and we also then turn our attention to his program that he coach coaches and then we talk about the Running scene in South Carolina and finally we talk about his race directing and the races he directs and what they’re like
