Trial
from BridgePointe Sermons
The trial of Jesus reveals the reason for the death of Jesus. He came from heaven for to make an exchange for us. He comes to die an innocent death to set the guilty free. Pilate and Caiaphas are pawns used by the Almighty God to execute the verdict that had already been rendered by the Sovereign and Supreme Judge.
