Trials and Tribulations...Don't Last

Have you faced some trials and tribulations that left you feeling as if there was no bounce back? Well if so the good news is these hardships are just TEMPORARY and they come to teach us, mature us, and allow us to be a blessing to others because we are later able to show how we made it through and now sharing our testimonies. We have all been on this rollercoaster ride called LIFE but what helps is shifting your mindset, getting a new perspective, keeping your FAITH, and refocusing on what truly matters despite how hard it may be in the present. Sometimes when we are going through those seasons and tests we wonder why, we get angry, we question our faith, and we can easily slip into a dark hole. My call to action for you is to ask what are you experiencing now that has caused you to feel out of sorts? Write it down, tap into your emotions, and then journal/pray/meditate/go to counseling to come up with solutions on how you are working towards your breakthrough, stories of triumph, and getting your joy, peace, and happiness back.
