Previously, she managed housing budgets and taught in the Hospitality & Tourism Management program. With 18 years in the hotel industry, Heina’s last role was executive assistant housekeeper at Hilton Hawaiian Village. She holds a BS in information systems from BYU–Hawaii and an MS in business administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
