This week on Startup Stories, I had the absolute joy of sitting down with the beautiful Tricia Conyers, all the way from Trinidad & Tobago. Tricia is a confidence and empowerment coach who has spent decades helping women grow into their leadership, but what I loved most about this conversation wasn't her incredible résumé...It was her.The woman behind the work.The woman who had a successful career, who could have stayed where life looked good on paper, but instead listened to the quiet nudge that there was something more waiting for her. She chose herself. She took action before she had every answer.
