Cricital time period of a missing child is 3 hours which may result in death. 92% runaways, 4% family abductions, 3% missing critically, 1%non-family. 1 in 10,000 are found dead. This halloween kids will have over 120 million contacts with strangers. Estimated number of potential trick-or-treaters in 2017 — children ages 5 to 14, 41.1 million.
